Does satisfaction exist at work?

We have started to ask this question three years ago when my brother and I were sitting down and wondering whether people could be happy at work. Why some are satisfied and some are not and how to change this in our company.

We realized it was 21st century and if we want to succeed as a whole, as a company as a team, we must pull together. We are not the perfect company and we do not pull together 100% but I believe one day we will.

SATISFACTION IS ABOUT THE MEANING

Together with employees, Petr Ludwig and Lukáš Havránek from GrowJOB Institute. We started looking for the common sense of our company and found it. Lukáš asked us a lot of interesting questions about the company's work and that is how we created company vision which gives us more sense at work.
