Machining

We provide machining, especially milling of weldments (gearbox housings, parts of machines), milling of castings (bearing housings, cardan joints with spherical fitting), turning of shafts, cable drums, working cylinders, calibration, straightening, conveyor rollers and sheaves. We are equipped with an extensive selection of milling angle heads. We also have extensive experience with deep drilling. 

We have two 25-ton cranes, where we can lift up to 50 tons.

Processing is done on both conventional and CNC machines. Our machine park includes lathes, horizontal boring machines and the carousel.

Geometry and accuracy of all our equipment is regularly checked. We only use measuring instruments which are regularly calibrated at an accredited metrology institute. All workpieces are under strict final inspection. The quality of the individual parts is declared by dimensional log of all dimensions.
